Justin Caughenbaugh is the Head of Operations for Avelo Virtual Airlines, where he oversees and coordinates all aspects of the airline's operations, including Maintenance, Safety, Flight Crew Operations, and Ground Operations.

Ronald Wells is the Head of Airports, he will oversee airport operations to ensure an easy, seamless when welcoming new pilots to the experience. This includes our six bases, as well as our expanding network of spoke airports.

 Lukas is responsible for building  Avelo’s Virtual brand, bolstering Crewmember engagement, and strengthening community engagement. His  role includes  marketing, Event planning, public relations, social media, internal communications, and community relations and partnerships.
